Construction sorting according to the application conditions

☉ Private contract projects

For private institutions that act as the employer：major public construction projects for which private institutions are permitted to invest as recognized by Central Government level and with an estimated total construction budget of NT$10 billion or more and a schedule lasting 18 months or more.

Individual bidding winner who is contracted with a private institution and acts as the employer：for private contract projects conforming to the above paragraph, the total contract price of individual construction project shall be NT$1 billion or more with a schedule lasting 18 months or more.

☉ Government projects

Individual bidding winner who is contracted with a government agency or government-owned enterpris, the total plan or project budget approved by the Central Government Level shall be NT$10 billion or more, the total contract price of individual construction contract shall be NT$1 billion or more and the contract schedule shall be 18 months or more.
