  • The dispatch tariff is calculated by hourly pay, including labor basic salary, labor/health insurance, contribution wages of labor pension, dispatch service fee, and the other services, which are requested by employer such as meals, accommodations and equipments, etc.

  • The hourly pay is calculated by the actual working hours, the off duty and holidays are not included.

  • According to Labor standard Law, normal hours per every week and overtime works can adapt flexible working hours; after the working hours of off duty complement normal working hours per every week, the exceeding part is considered as overtime work ( each hour of work in excess of eight hours a day ).

  • The overtime work is based on the Labor Standord Law.
