    1991 Our head office was founded in Taipei and became the first one human resource professional company in our country.

  • 1992

    We obtained the license for private employment service institution from Ministry of Labor. The registered capital was 2 million NT Dollar.

  • 1993

    Taipei Association of Manpower Agency was founded. Our company was honored to serve as 1st executive board.

  • 1993

    Our company was the first one that introduced foreign labors full management system to offer the service to TRTC CH222 Gongguan-Sindian line, it included foreign labors' food, clothing, housing and transportation management in Taiwan, also included salary calculation, remittance, paying taxes; Besides, we offered the construction site's cost analysis of output value to the employers, made them more efficient controlling and managing their cost to reach the extreme benefits and have well done the works.

  • 1997

    Taichung branch office was founded. This office offered many clients in Taichung more fast and perfect service.

    It was occurred grave foreign labors rebellion incident in FPG Mailiao No. 6 Naphtha Cracker Project , there were more than 6,000 foreign labors to attend it; therefore, Ministry of Labor immediately blocked foreign labors' quota in No. 6 Naphtha Cracker Project .

    Due to grave situation, FPG group administration authorized our company to enter Mailiao No. 6 Naphtha Cracker Project; we took over to manage about 3,500 foreign labors under our perfect management system and mechanism, passing all kind of examination of Labor Bureau & Ministry of Labor, and solved FPG No. 6 Naphtha Cracker Project's risk of foreign labors successfully.

    We passed ISO-9002 quality certificate from United Registrar of System Ltd.

    Investment Commission formally permitted our company to establish branch office in China and it's named as Central Human Resource Development Co., Ltd.

    We obtained the acknowledgement letter from Thai Labors & Social Welfare Department.

    We combined the essence and spirit of full management system & ISO-9002 quality operation procedure and established the operational platform of omni bearing effects' quality management system ERP.

    We contracted THSR C215, C270, C230, S22250, T200, T210, T220 and D295, imported more than 4,000 foreign labors to involve in the works and offered the employers foreign labors full management service.

    We obtained the acknowledgement letter from Thailand Trade and Economic Office (Labor Department).

    Ministry of Labor assessed us as AAA top grade of foreign labors management professional company.

    We obtained the acknowledgement letter from Hyundai Construction Co. Ltd.

    Ministry of Labor assessed us as AAA top grade of foreign labors management professional company.

    We obtained the acknowledgement letter from Obayashi Corporation Taiwan Branch.

    We contracted Taipei MRT CL700B & CK570C, imported 146 foreign labors to involve in the works and offered the full management service.

    We contracted Taipei MRT CG590A, imported 147 foreign labors and offered the full management service.

    Ministry of Labor assessed us as grade A of foreign labors management professional company from 2006-2009.

    We established branch office in Guam.

    Ministry of Labor assessed us as grade A of foreign labors management professional company from 2010-2014.
