The dispatch tariff is calculated by hourly pay, including labor basic salary, labor/health insurance, contribution wages of labor pension, dispatch service fee, and the other services, which are requested by employer such as meals, accommodations and equipments, etc.
The hourly pay is calculated by the actual working hours, the off duty and holidays are not included.
According to Labor standard Law, normal hours per every week and overtime works can adapt flexible working hours; after the working hours of off duty complement normal working hours per every week, the exceeding part is considered as overtime work ( each hour of work in excess of eight hours a day ).
The overtime work is based on the Labor Standord Law.
